How to read the sky

Start with the written lessons, or watch the course. The first video is free to everyone.

Sun, Moon and rising sign: the three placements that describe your drive, your needs and your manner.

Planets are the actors, signs are how they act, houses are the rooms they act in.

Conjunctions, oppositions, squares, trines and sextiles: how planets talk to each other.

Lay one chart over another and read the angles between them.

The planets keep moving after you are born, and every daily reading comes from that.

A planet appears to move backwards when Earth overtakes it. Nothing reverses; the territory turns inward.

The phase is the angle between Sun and Moon: begin, push, see, release.

The sky turns one degree every four minutes; the rising sign and houses depend on the minute.

Fire, Earth, Air, Water; Cardinal, Fixed, Mutable. The chart's weather system.

Every sign has a planet in charge, and following the chain tells you who really runs the chart.
