What a transit is
When a moving planet makes an aspect to a point in your birth chart, that is a transit. The Moon touches everything every month, so it sets the mood. Mars, Venus and Mercury pass through in days or weeks. Jupiter and Saturn take a year or more per house. The outer three take years, which is why a Pluto transit feels like an era.
How the daily reading is built
Each morning we compute the sky over your birthplace, find every transit within orb of your chart, rank them by tightness and speed, and write the reading from the planet, the aspect and the house it lands in. Nothing is looked up in a table; it is the actual sky.
Scrubbing time
On your chart page you can drag the date and watch the outer ring move. Fast planets sweep; slow planets barely shift. That is the whole idea of transits in one gesture.
