Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

Do not

• Break the law, or help anyone else to.
• Give us someone else's birth details where you have no reasonable basis to do so, or add a person who has asked you not to.
• Harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone, on a profile, in a booking note, in a review or in a message.
• Present astrological output as medical, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, or as a diagnosis, prognosis or treatment.
• Use the service to tell someone they are unwell, cursed, doomed, or that they should stop medical treatment.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or resell our computed charts, interpretive text, ephemeris output or directory listings.
• Probe, overload or interfere with the service, or attempt to reach data that is not yours.
• Reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it.
• Use the directory to divert clients off the platform in order to avoid the platform fee, having found them here.

Astrologers in the directory, additionally

• Describe your qualifications and experience truthfully.
• Hold your own insurance where your jurisdiction requires it.
• Keep client information confidential and secure.
• Do not make guarantees about outcomes, and do not claim to cure, heal or treat anything.
• Turn up to sessions people have paid for, or cancel in good time.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend a listing or close an account that breaches this policy. Where money is involved we will deal with it under the Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Serious matters may be reported to the authorities.
